Welcome to Wild Yeast Wonders! I’m Jammie Fielder, a lifelong Missouri native, wife to Stacy, and mom to Jayson and Jackson. My passion for creating in the kitchen led me to establish this cozy micro-bakery, where I pour my heart into crafting wonderful delights just for you! Beyond baking, I’m passionate about teaching the art of bread making to individuals of all ages. Whether you’re young or young at heart, I’m dedicated to sharing my love for baking and empowering others to discover the joy of creating breads with simple ingredients.

When I’m not proofing dough or perfecting recipes, you can find me homeschooling my youngest son, leading art classes at the local co-op, or facilitating womans Bible studies at one of our local coffee shops. My family and I also love embarking on adventures through the woods or along winding roads, soaking in the beauty of nature together.
